Hi, I’m Alex.
I’m a pre-accredited psychotherapist based in Dublin, supporting both local and
international clients. I hold a Master’s degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy
and am a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My style of therapy is integrative, which means I work with you to find the approach that
best suits your preferences and needs. Just as each person is unique, therapy works best
when it reflects your individuality.
I work with individual adult clients and have experience supporting a range of presentations,
including anxiety, depression, BPD, eating disorders, trauma, burnout, and relationship
difficulties. I also have a particular interest in working with clients who identify as LGBTQIA+
or neurodiverse, supporting them through experiences such as exploring and affirming
identity, managing executive functioning or sensory differences, navigating social
communication challenges, and coping with the unique stressors that can come with
minority or neurodivergent experiences.
The way we experience the world can vary so much from person to person. In therapy, we
can work together to identify your personal strengths and discover ways to navigate life that
feel right for you. Therapy does not have to be stiff or formal. There is room for joy,
creativity, and curiosity in this space where you can be completely yourself and find support
at your own pace. Whatever brings you here, I hope to make exploring your thoughts and
feelings something that feels engaging and meaningful to you.
