General Information:

Therapy with Pavel offers a welcoming, non-judgemental space where clients can explore what they’re facing right now. He aims to help people make sense of their situation, understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and identify what genuinely supports change. Sessions are collaborative and paced to the client’s needs, with a focus on building clarity, emotional steadiness, and a stronger sense of agency in day-to-day life.

Pavel’s approach is both compassionate and practical. He supports clients to develop their capacity for self-acceptance and self-compassion, while also discovering and strengthening the personal resources they already have.

Above all, Pavel’s intention is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. The goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strength, build resilience, and move forward in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.

Pavel is a fully accredited Psychotherapist with IACP and BACP, offering LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. Therapy with Pavel provides the space to make sense of what’s happening, reconnect with strengths, and feel more confident about how to move forward.

Qualifications:

Pavel’s approach is integrative and trauma-informed. He holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy (DBS Business School) and is trained in Humanistic Psychotherapy, CBT, Psychodynamic approaches and Integrative Psychotherapy. He also completed a Diploma in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy (The Greenane Centre), specialising in working with complex trauma and its impact on mental health, relationships, and daily life.

He is currently studying an MSc in Neuroscience of Psychology and Mental Health, bringing

a modern understanding of brain-based stress and emotion regulation into his clinical work while keeping therapy grounded in warmth, collaboration, and meaningful real-life change.

Availability & Fees:

Pavel works with adults only (individual therapy, not couples). He offers online-only evening

appointments and provides counselling and psychotherapy in English and Czech. Sessions are €80 per appointment.
